Try with Shiitake Mushrooms Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Chives and Eggs

Adding shiitake mushrooms gives more flavour to this dish. It's a good season for tasty garlic chives. Cheap and easy to make.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork
50 g
Shiitake mushroom
50 g
Garlic chives
1 bunch
Garlic (optional)
1 clove
Eggs
2
Salt and pepper
To taste
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Rinse the garlic chives and cut into 3 cm lengths. Cut the pork. Slice the garlic and shiitake mushrooms into thin strips.
2. Beat the eggs well.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan (reduce the amount if the pork is too fatty). Add the garlic and fry until the aroma is released. Add the pork and fry until the colour changes. Add the shiitake mushrooms and fry. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the garlic chives and fry quickly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the eggs and drizzle the soy sauce around. Heat until the eggs are set to your liking.
