A Simple Cake in a Frying Pan Teddy Bear Cake

Swiss Roll batter:
Egg
2 large
Sugar

Cake flour
40 g
Cocoa
2 teaspoons
Cream filling:
Heavy cream
100 ml
Sugar
8 to 10 g
Cocoa powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoon
Chocolate decorating pen
as needed

Steps

1. Please refer to "Easy in a Frying Pan Swiss Roll Cake" (Recipe ID: 540917) to make the batter and the cream. This recipe uses the scraps from cutting the sponge into a rectangle.
2. Using a paring knife, cut the sponge cake scraps into ear-shapes.
3. Stick two pieces together by using the chocolate decorating pen as glue.
4. Slice the swiss rolls.
5. Glue on the ears with the chocolate decorating pen, and draw a face. You can also decorate the ears with any leftover whipped cream - decorate as you wish!
6. At first, I decorated the cake like this... Hmm. Since it looks nothing like a bear, I revised my methods. It looks so different when the two are positioned side-by-side.
