Place the crushed up potato chips in a heat-resistant dish and pour in some warmed milk. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Once the cheese has turned golden brown in the toaster oven, it's ready! (Season with salt and pepper to taste)
Story Behind this Recipe
This is my second attempt at my older sister's unusual potato chips-based recipe (which she made around 15 years ago.) I suppose it can't really be called "cooking", but it's interesting, so I uploaded it anyway. It does taste pretty good though!
Please be careful not to add too much milk. (It's perfect if you're wondering if there should be a little more in there.) You can get a richer flavor by exchanging the milk for fresh cream.
