Potato and Wiener Sausage Curry Soup

You only need one cube of curry roux to produce a good taste and texture for this soup.

Ingredients: 3-4 people

2 medium
5-6 sausages
Curry Roux
1 cube
300 ml
Salt . pepper
to taste
Vegetable oil
as needed


1. Peel the potatoes cutting them into 1 cm cubes, soak them in water for more than 5 minutes, and drain. Cut the sausages into 1cm circular pieces.
2. Warm oil in a pot, add the sausages and potatoes, and fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add 200 ml of water at high heat, and cover with a lid. Reduce the heat after bringing it to a boil, and simmer it covered with a lid for another 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the curry roux once the potatoes have mostly softened, and stir lightly until it dissolves.
5. Add milk stirring occasionally, and heat over a low medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste, and turn off the heat after bringing it to a simmer.
6. Serve into bowls.
