Salty and Sweet Potato Rolled in Pork

The palatable potato and the salty and sweet pork is a great combination.


Pork ( thinly sliced shoulder roast or thinly sliced pork back ribs )
200 g
2 small
●Soy sauce, mirin (Sweet rice wine)
1 tablespoon each
●Sake, sugar
1/2 tablespoon each
To taste


1. Cut the potatoes into rectangles and keep in water for a while. Then, wipe off the water with a paper towel.
2. Sprinkle some salt on the pork and roll 3 to 4 pieces of potatoes with it.
3. When the pork has a nice brown color, cover the frying pan with a lid until the potatoes are cooked thoroughly and then add all the ● ingredients. Stir until the pork is covered with the sauce then it is ready.
4. You can use green beans or carrots instead of potatoes and you can even use a ready-made yakiniku sauce.
