Pork ( thinly sliced shoulder roast or thinly sliced pork back ribs )
●Soy sauce, mirin (Sweet rice wine)
1 tablespoon each
1/2 tablespoon each
Cut the potatoes into rectangles and keep in water for a while. Then, wipe off the water with a paper towel.
Sprinkle some salt on the pork and roll 3 to 4 pieces of potatoes with it.
When the pork has a nice brown color, cover the frying pan with a lid until the potatoes are cooked thoroughly and then add all the ● ingredients. Stir until the pork is covered with the sauce then it is ready.
You can use green beans or carrots instead of potatoes and you can even use a ready-made yakiniku sauce.
Story Behind this Recipe
I made this recipe because I had lots of potatoes.
The potatoes becomes more palatable if you cover the pan with a lid. It is delicious even if you don't season the pork with salt.
