I just formed round meatballs with thinly sliced pork. They're soft and delicious.
Pork cubes are a bit tough... so I used thinly sliced pork to make easy meatball-style sweet and sour pork.
When cooking the pork meatballs, don't touch them at the beginning... only move them around when they're cooked and holding together.
