"Napolitan" Flavored Stir Fried Cabbage

You'll eat a lot of rice, and a ton of cabbage, with this dish! It can be a main dish too!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Wiener sausages
4 (75 g)
200 g
100 g
50 g
Green bell peppers
1 (30 g)
3 tablespoons
Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
1/2 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
as needed
Grated cheese
as needed
Fresh parsley
as needed


1. Shred the cabbage about 5 mm wide.
2. Thinly slice the onions. Cut the green bell pepper and carrots into thin strips. Cut the sausages diagonally.
3. Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the onions and add the carrots and sausage when the onion is soft. Fry until the sausage has a nice brown color.
4. Add the cabbage and bell pepper and season with the A. ketchup and Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce, salt and pepper.
5. Dish it up and sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley to finish.
