New Potatoes and Pork Belly Simmered with Gochujang

Please try this recipe during the new potato season.
This is a simmered dish with a difference using gochujang, but I recommend it even to people who don't like spicy food.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

New potatoes
6 to 7
Thinly sliced pork belly
200 g
※ Gochujang
1 tablespoon
※ Miso
1 tablespoon
※ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
※ Sugar
1 tablespoon
※ Water
A little under 400 ml

Steps

1. Wash the new potatoes well, and cut in half with the skins on. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes. Cut the pork belly into 3 cm wide pieces.
2. Stir fry the pork belly and potatoes in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. When the potatoes are browned, add the ※ ingredients and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.

I wanted to make a rich tasting dish using new potatoes. This is also good with chicken instead of pork belly.
