Umeboshi and Edamame Pasta Salad

I added edamame to my usual umeboshi pasta salad.

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

200 g
Edamame beans (boiled)
To taste
3 medium
White sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
● Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
● Ponzu
1 tablespoon
● Pepper
a small amount
Shiso leaves (to taste)
4 to 5 leaves


1. Boil the spaghetti, and cool in cold water. Chop the umeboshi into a paste.
2. Put the spaghetti, umeboshi paste, edamame and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the ● seasoning ingredients and mix well.
3. This is even more delicious topped with some finely shredded shiso leaves.
