Double Chocolate Cookie

Crunchy, rich cookies with white chocolate mixed into the dough and chocolate chips sprinkled in.

Ingredients: makes about 12

Cake flour
30 g
Almond flour
20 g
Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon
White chocolate
40 g
1 tablespoon
Chocolate chips (or minced chocolate)
20 g


1. Combine the cake flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Put the white chocolate and milk in a heat-resistant container and microwave (500-600 W) for 40 to 50 seconds.
2. Smoothly knead together the heated white chocolate and milk, then combine with the powder ingredients and mix. While there's still some powder left, mix in the chocolate chips and mix together.
3. Preheat your oven to 170 ℃. Create balls from the dough of about 2.5 cm diameter, and line them up on a baking pan lined with baking paper.
4. Bake in the 170 ℃ oven for 10 to 13 minutes. Once they're done, place them on a cookie cooler, etc., to cool.
5. You can eat them within 1 hour of starting to make them.
