Make the bechamel sauce. Put the ◎ ingredients in a heatproof container and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 500w. Mix well with a whisk.
Add milk little by little, mixing well between additions. When the batter is smooth, add the rest of the milk all at once.
Microwave the batter for 2 minutes at 500w. Take it out and mix well, then microwave for an additional 2 minutes. Repeat this procedure.
Repeat until the sauce reaches a consistency where it falls very slowly from a spoon. Season with salt.
Mix the ● ingredients with warm rice, and put into heatproof dishes.
Make a dent in the middle of the mixed rice in both dishes, and drop an egg in each dent. Add the bechamel sauce and melting cheese. Bake in a toaster oven until browned on top and it's done.
Eat as you break up the egg.
Story Behind this Recipe
I wondered, "Is there something easy but delicious I could make...?" and I came up with this recipe.
The soy sauce butter, bechamel sauce and creamy egg are a perfect match.♡ Eat while breaking up the egg yolk. Be sure to use warm rice, and just bake until the tops are lightly browned, or the egg will get too hard.
