Soy sauce and butter are mixed with rice, and a creamy raw egg is dropped on top! This is an easy and delicious rice gratin (doria).

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cooked rice (warm)
2 rice bowls full
Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons
Dashi soy sauce (or regular soy sauce)
1 tablespoon
Coarsely ground black pepper
5 to 6 shakes
◎Cake flour
2 tablespoons
◎Butter or margarine
2 tablespoon
◎Soup stock granules
1/2 teaspoon

Easy melting cheese
a handful

1. Make the bechamel sauce. Put the ◎ ingredients in a heatproof container and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 500w. Mix well with a whisk.
2. Add milk little by little, mixing well between additions. When the batter is smooth, add the rest of the milk all at once.
3. Microwave the batter for 2 minutes at 500w. Take it out and mix well, then microwave for an additional 2 minutes. Repeat this procedure.
4. Repeat until the sauce reaches a consistency where it falls very slowly from a spoon. Season with salt.
5. Mix the ● ingredients with warm rice, and put into heatproof dishes.
6. Make a dent in the middle of the mixed rice in both dishes, and drop an egg in each dent. Add the bechamel sauce and melting cheese. Bake in a toaster oven until browned on top and it's done.
7. Eat as you break up the egg.
