Super Delicious Sesame Miso Garlic Sauce

This sauce is great for not only banbanji but also salads and shabushabu. It's a versatile dish that goes well with meat, vegetables and tofu.

Ingredients: for a basic sauce

Ground white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
Miso
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Mirin
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
Grated ginger
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
a small amount

Story Behind this Recipe

I wasn't a big fan of store-bought sesame sauce since the sesame flavor is too strong for me. But I added more ingredients with strong flavors and aromas such as miso and garlic. Now I find it really tasty and easy to eat.
