Rich and Tasty Gochujang and Mayonnaise Flavored Pork and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Just mix the combined sauce with stir fried pork and veggies. They'll ask for seconds!

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Thinly sliced pork
200 g
○Sake
1 tablespoon
○Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
5 to 6 shakes
Onion
1 medium
Carrot
1 medium
Chinese chives
1 bunch
Vegetables of your choice
●Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
●Gochujang
1 teaspoon
●Sake
1 tablespoon
●Soy sauce
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Pre-flavor the thinly sliced pork with the ○ ingredients.
2. Julienne the carrot, cut the onion into wedges, and chop up the Chinese chives into easy to eat pieces.
3. Stir fry the pork. In the meantime, combine the ● ingredients to make the sauce.
4. When the pork is almost cooked, add all vegetables except the chives and stir fry. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Just before everything is cooked, add the chives and sauce and mix. Taste and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce if needed.
