Macrobiotic Bean Sprouts and Enoki Mushroom Kimpira

Although this doesn't look that appetizing, it's actually quite delicious. Easy and healthy! Not to mention, cheap and easy on the wallet.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Bean sprouts
1 pack
Enoki mushrooms
1 packet
Sesame oil
2 teaspoons
Cooking sake
2 teaspoons
Usukuchi soy sauce
1 tablespoon
2 teaspoons
Shichimi spice
to taste


1. Rinse the bean sprouts. Chop off the base of the enoki mushrooms and chop the length in half.
2. Heat sesame oil in a sauce pan, then sauté the enoki mushrooms. Sauté on high heat until tender, add the bean sprouts, then sauté again.
3. Add the seasoning ingredients, then sprinkle on shichimi spice to taste
