One More Dish Green Namul

A spicy green vegetable namul. Finish up a bunch of healthy vegetables with this!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Green bell peppers
1 bunch
Snow peas or mange-touts
As needed
A small amount
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
A small amount
White sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
A few drops
Salt and pepper
To taste


1. Cut up the bell peppers, snow peas and spinach into easy to eat pieces.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a little salt. Start cooking the vegetables starting from the tougher ones: Pepper, then snow peas, then spinach.
3. Mix the seasoning ingredients together in a bowl. Add the very well drained vegetables and combine. Adjust the seasoning with salt. Add some edamame as decoration.
