Spicy Pork Soboro

This is a dish that you'll want to eat with rice, with noodles, and various other ways.


Ground pork
200 g
Finely chopped ginger
1 piece the size of your thumbtip
Finely chopped garlic
1 clove
Finely chopped Japanese leek
1/2 stalk
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
1-1 1/2 teaspoons
Sesame oil
to taste


1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or pan, and add ginger, garlic, and onions. Once they are aromatic, add the pork and mix together.
2. Add the ingredients marked with ☆ for flavoring.
3. Add 1 to 2, and stir fry.
4. You can put it on top of rice .
5. Or you can put it on top of Dandanmian.
