Refreshing Fried Squid

I added vinegar after sautéing squid in butter to create a refreshing aftertaste!

Ingredients

Squid
1
Butter
about 15 g
Usukuchi soy sauce
about 1 teaspoon
Grain vinegar
about 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Prepare the squid (remove the insides) and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put the butter in a heated pan and fry the prepared squid. Season with salt, pepper and light soy sauce. Lastly, pour in the vinegar.
3. Transfer to a serving dish and you're done!

My husband loves squid sautéed with butter and makes it often. I tried adding vinegar to it.
