Shiny ♡ Soft ~ Vinegar Simmered Sweet and Spicy Chicken

The vinegar makes the insides so soft and tender. ♫ The aftertaste is refreshing. ♡Whether it's with drinks or dinner, this dish is the best to accompany them.♫ All you have to do is simmer them, so this is easy.♫

Ingredients: Serves 3-4 people

Chicken (This time I used chicken wing drumettes)
7-8 wings
1/2 cup
★Soy sauce
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
2 tablespoons


1. Gently salt and pepper the wings.
2. Add all the [★] ingredients into a pot, and once it start to simmer, add in the chicken wings. Cover it with a lid, and cook them on a low heat setting.
3. Once the chicken has become soft, take off the lid and raise the heat. Once the liquid evaporates, they are done!(^^)※Just be careful that you do not burn them.
4. You can simmer them with daikon radish or boiled eggs and they will be delicious! ^^ You can make these with regular wings, thighs, or breast meat!
