Western-style Onigiri (Rice Ball) with Butter and Soy Sauce

This is an onigiri (rice ball) recipe that uses buttered rice ♪

Ingredients: 2 servings

Plain cooked rice
1 bowlful
Unsalted butter (or margarine)
1 teaspoon
Parsley
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon

Steps

1. Finely chop the parsley. If rice is cold, microwave it.
2. Drop butter into rice and mix well.
3. Add the parsley, soy sauce, salt and mix. Taste and adjust the saltiness as needed. Divide into 2 portions and shape into rice balls.
