Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the margarine, eggs, sugar, and pancake mix in that order, and mix each time.
Pour the mixture into 2 pound cake pans. Bake in the preheated oven at 180℃ (350℉) for 30 minutes.
Story Behind this Recipe
I wanted to make this using one bowl, so I added the ingredients into a bowl on top of a scale one at a time. Because of that, the only dishes I had to wash were the bowl, whisk, and spatula.
