Chocolate Chestnut Brownies

Chunky chocolate! Chunky chestnuts! This is a brownie with large chunks of chocolate and chestnuts. How about this for Valentines Day?

Ingredients: 15 cm square pan

Butter
60 g
Sugar
60 g
Eggs

◆Cake flour
100 g
◆Baking powder
1 teaspoon
◆Cocoa
10 g
Chocolate
60 g
Candied chestnuts
About 4 to 5

Steps

1. Bring the butter to room temperature or microwave for 20 seconds to soften. Bring the eggs to room temperature. Sift the ◆ dry ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180 ℃.
2. Combine the butter and sugar into a bowl and mix well until the grains are gone. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
3. Add the sifted ◆ dry ingredients and mix until it's no longer powdery. Then add the chocolate and the chestnuts cut into 1 cm cubes, and mix.
4. Line a pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture from Step 3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ℃ for about 20 minutes.
5. Cut into pieces of your desired size and enjoy.
