Brings out the flavor of seafood! Very rich and delicious!

1 clove
Olive oil
1 to 2 tablespoons
Canned tomato

Manila clams
15 (1 pack)
Salt and pepper

Pasta or pizza herb seasoning, if you have
to taste

1. Remove the shrimp from their shells and devein. Remove the squid innards and cut into rings, removing the tentacles one at a time. Soak the clams then clean by scrubbing them together.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add minced garlic and the ingredients from Step 1 and cook through. Transfer to a plate.
3. In the same pan from Step 2, add minced onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and cook until soft.
4. Add the canned tomatoes, soup stock, wine, and red chili to the pan in Step 3 and boil for 5 minutes. Add tomato ketchup if desired.
5. Add the cooked seafood from Step 2.
6. Add the herbs and clams and simmer to complete!
7. I used pizza and pasta seasoning, and sea salt.
8. Cream sauce pasta with crab meat! This is a version that substitutes clams with crab meat, and then with heavy cream mixed in!
