Salted Chocolate Cakes Delicious with Konbucha

I was chosen as a tester for konbucha (salted kelp tea powder), so here's my recipe for salted chocolate cake.


☆Chocolate bar
100 g
☆Unsalted butter
50 g
☆ Kombu tea
5 g
○Cake flour
50 g
○Cocoa powder
10 g
○Baking powder
2 g
60 g
Eggs (large)


1. Melt all ☆ ingredients in a double broiler. Combine ○ ingredients and sift. Preheat oven at 170℃.
2. Combine egg and sugar and mix with a whisk. It's okay if there's still some graininess of the sugar.
3. Mix in the melted chocolate. Don't worry if it's still hot.
4. Sift the powdered ingredients (for the second time) into the bowl. Mix well with a whisk.
5. Pour into a pan (or cupcake liners) and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to finish.
