Boil or microwave the potatoes until softened. Break up the white chocolate and add it to a bowl with the milk, then put it in the microwave to melt the chocolate.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Form into whatever shapes you like (adjust the amount of milk you add according to the water content. It should be like soft cookie dough.)
Bake in the 200℃ oven for 10–15 minutes while checking occasionally. Done!
Story Behind this Recipe
I received sweet potato sweets from Tokushima prefecture, and they were so good. I noticed that it had white chocolate, and decided to try making my own version. I had never considered the combination of sweet potatoes and white chocolate before.
It's easy, just mix. You could also try squeezing the mixture from a piping bag to make them extra cute. They're quite sweet. Adjust the amount of sugar to the sweetness of the sweet potatoes. Process well in the food processor until smooth!
