Fry the egg, put the ham on top, and then cook.
(I used a mold from the 100 yen shop.)
Spread butter on the bread and put the cooked ham and egg on it.
Put on some mayonnaise, then some ketchup.
Then, put some cabbage on top and it's done.

We have this for breakfast.
Make sure to fry the egg well. When you cut it, the yolk will flow out! It's really good toasted, too. When using a loaf with 8 (thin) slices, the amount of mayonnaise and ketchup shown in the photos is just right. When using a loaf with 6 (thicker) slices, add a bit more.
