Mizuna and Tuna Salad

Mizuna and Tuna Salad

A combination of crispy mizuna greens and tuna. I just came up with this and it was delicious!!


Mizuna (large bunches)
Canned tuna
1 can (80g)
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon


1. Mix the mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, and sesame oil well.
2. Wash the mizuna and cut into 3 cm. Drain the water from the tuna can and break up the tuna.
3. Mix the mizuna and tuna, put it in a serving bowl and add the dressing from Step 1.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to eat mizuna and tuna salad. The sesame oil, ponzu sauce and mayonnaise dressing was delicious than I expected.
