Bite-Size Beef Steak with Garlic Soy Sauce

Easy to eat: A delicious fragrance from the garlic and butter soy sauce makes this wonderful.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Lean beef chunk (for searing)
450 g
1 tablespoon
1 clove
Krazy Salt
1/6 teaspoon
2 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Parsley (minced)
1 tablespoon


1. Chop the meat into bite-size pieces. Slice the garlic, and stir-fry in butter.
3. Remove the garlic, and pan-fry both sides of the meat. Sprinkle Krazy Salt, and pour in the brandy. Drizzle soy sauce around the perimeter of the pan.
4. Sprinkle minced parsley. Garnish with lemon if you have some, and give it a squeeze before eating. Done.
