Egg-Mayo for Sandwich Fillings

Egg-Mayo for Sandwich Fillings

This is a egg and mayonnaise filling for egg salad sandwiches. The margarine gives it a rich taste.

Ingredients: 3 eggs' worth

about 4 tablespoons
Krazy Salt
to taste
1 teaspoon
Coarsely ground black pepper
as needed (generous amount)
Dried basil (optional)
as needed (generous amount)

1. Boil the eggs (I boiled for 13 minutes.)
2. Put the boiled eggs and other ingredients in a bowl, and mash the eggs with a fork while mixing. It's done when everything is nicely mixed together. Taste and increase the amount of Krazy Salt if desired.
3. Spread as much of it as you like on bread and enjoy. Of course, you can also use it as a sandwich filler.

Story Behind this Recipe

Recently I've become obsessed with homemade bread, and I made this while waiting for the bread to bake. It's not really a recipe, but I added margarine, which gave it a rich and delicious taste, so I uploaded it.
