Here's a recipe for milk kanten made by my 3rd grade daughter. This was her first recipe (she's now in 6th grade). The amount of sugar is approximate.
After many attempts, I settled on this recipe. The taste of the milk is mild, so it's suitable for people who don't like the taste of milk. It's a subtly sweet dessert.
The chilled milk helps it set quickly and straining makes it smooth.
