Soy Milk and Tofu Soup with Chicken Stock in 5 Minutes

Just warm it up and enjoy!
This soup is great for women's health because it's full of isoflavone from the soy.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Soy milk
2 cups
Silken tofu
1/2 block (150 g)
Chicken stock or Japanese dashi
1/2 tablespoon
Green onion or scallion
to taste

Steps

1. Chop tofu into 4 pieces.
2. Put the soy milk and chicken stock into a pot, and then while stirring quickly with a ladle, add the tofu and turn on the heat. Use low-medium heat, and when the tofu is warm, it's finished.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl, and add green onions if you like.
