Miso Butter Udon Noodles

Serve udon noodles in a miso butter broth. You could also serve with ramen noodles.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Udon noodles
1 serving
Pork (or bacon)
100 g
Corn kernels
3 tablespoons
● Weipa (or Chinese soup stock)
1/2 tablespoon
● Miso
1 tablespoon or less
● Soy sauce
1/3 tablespoon
● Water
300 ml
● Garlic (grated)
1 clove
1 tablespoon
Green scallion
to taste


1. Saute the pork in the pan with oil (not listed). When the pork is cooked, add the corn kernels, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Add the ● seasonings in the pan and skim the scum as it rises. Once it has boiled, add the udon noodles and butter.
3. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle finely chopped scallion and sesame seeds on top, and it's done!

I wanted to eat miso ramen, but only had udon noodles, so I made this dish and it was delicious!
