Story Behind this Recipe
User "Nene"'s oil and flour-free okara apple cake (Recipe ID: 475423) is really delicious, and it got me hooked on okara. I wanted to make my own okara cake, and arranged it as "Non-oil, chocolate banana cake (Recipe ID: 429213)" in my own way.
Any cake pan will do for this. Use oven paper or coat with butter depending on the type of pan. The baking time may vary according to the oven, so please check it periodically with a skewer. This is delicious with extras added such as walnuts or orange peel (dried fruit), or western liquor. This uses reduced sugar. Please adjust to suite your tastes. The flavor will blend in the next day! It will be more delicious as opposed to day 1.
