Fish Sausage and Bacon One-Bite Pizza

If you have the ingredients on hand, you can quickly prepare this. Good for bentos, an appetizer with alcohol, or as a bite of meat.

Ingredients: 2 bites

Fish sausage
about 5 cm
Bacon (cut in half)
1 slice
Salt and pepper
to taste
Pizza Sauce
as needed
Pizza cheese
as needed
Your favorite seasonings like basil or shichimi spice


1. Cut the sausage and bacon to the same width, about 5 cm. Season the bacon with salt and pepper, and wrap the sausage.
2. Cut the logs from Step 1 in half. Using small skewers or toothpicks, secure the wrapped end (you can secure first, then cut in half too). On the cut side, add pizza sauce. Top with cheese. Toast for 5 minutes.
3. If you like, season with shichimi spice, basil or whatever. If it needs more time, pop it back in the toaster oven.
