Your favorite seasonings like basil or shichimi spice
Cut the sausage and bacon to the same width, about 5 cm. Season the bacon with salt and pepper, and wrap the sausage.
Cut the logs from Step 1 in half. Using small skewers or toothpicks, secure the wrapped end (you can secure first, then cut in half too). On the cut side, add pizza sauce. Top with cheese. Toast for 5 minutes.
If you like, season with shichimi spice, basil or whatever. If it needs more time, pop it back in the toaster oven.

Make sure to secure the bacon tightly so it doesn't unravel. If you don't have pizza sauce, you can use ketchup.
