Chikuwa and Cheese in Kimchi-Mayonnaise Sauce

This is a really simple dish that's good with drinks. Of course, you can serve this as a side dish as well. The mayonnaise gives it a mild flavor.

Ingredients

Chikuwa (1 cm pieces thinly sliced at a diagonal)
1 stick
Cheese (cut into 1 cm strips)
3 slices
Kimchi (thinly cut into 1 cm strips
50 g
Green onions (finely chopped)
to taste
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the chikuwa in half vertically, and slice on the diagonal.
2. Mix the chikuwa from Step 1 together with the other ingredients, and you're done.
