Easy Appetizer with Fish Sausages

These are great for drinking appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, and even to pack in bentos!

Ingredients: 6 servings

Fish sausage
1
Cucumber
About 1/2
Cheese
As needed
Picks or cocktail sticks

Steps

1. Place the cucumbers vertically. Slice thinly with a vegetable peeler.
2. Slice the fish sausage into sixths. Slice that in half.
3. Chop the cheese into the same size as the sausages.
4. Sandwich the cheese in between the sausages. Wrap up with cucumber, and skewer with a pick to finish.
