Place the cucumbers vertically. Slice thinly with a vegetable peeler.
Slice the fish sausage into sixths. Slice that in half.
Chop the cheese into the same size as the sausages.
Sandwich the cheese in between the sausages. Wrap up with cucumber, and skewer with a pick to finish.

I wanted to think of a dish using fish sausage that's good for appetizers and also in bentos.
When you're using a a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber thinly, press down firmly for a better result. You could use any kind of cheese as long as they're flat. They become perfect hors d'oeuvres if you skewer them with cute picks!
