Easy Foil-baked Salmon

15 minutes in a oven! Enjoy with your favorite veggies, ponzu sauce and soy sauce. It's an ultra-easy foil-baked salmon.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Salmon (lightly salted)
1 filet
3 cm worth
Green pepper
Enoki mushrooms
1/3 bunch
1 tablespoon
5 to 10 g
Salt and pepper
A dash
Lemon or yuzu citrus
As desired


1. Lightly salt and pepper the salmon. Julienne the carrot and green pepper. Shred the enoki mushrooms.
2. On a sheet of aluminum foil, place the salmon, vegetables, and butter in order. Drizzle ponzu sauce and soy sauce. Wrap up tightly, and heat in a oven for about 15 minutes.
3. If you'd like, serve with squeezed lemon or citrus.

My mother taught me this recipe. I really love the refreshing taste of ponzu sauce!
