Chicken with Misonnaise

Combine miso and mayonnaise to make a simple sauce, then just cook the chicken.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Chicken thigh
500 g (2)
Grated garlic
2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
3 to 4 shakes
● Miso
2 tablespoons
● Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons
Easy melting cheese
4 to 5 tablespoons
Powdered cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon


1. Remove the fat from the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine the ingredients marked ● to make the"misonnaise" sauce.
2. Cook the chicken until heat has gone through, over a strong medium heat, with the grated garlic, salt and pepper.
3. Put the chicken from Step 2 into a heatproof bowl, and add the combined ● sauce and cheese. Sprinkle in some powdered cheese if you have it, and bake in the oven at 200℃ for 15 minutes to finish.
4. You can also bake it in the oven until browned.
