Just marinate the umeboshi in kimchi. The acidity from the umeboshi will help you recover from fatigue!!!!
Have one umeboshi per day. This is a variation on one of my recipes.
This works really well if you use sweet umeboshi, like honey-soaked umeboshi.It's useful if you buy kimchi that comes in it's own container. That way you can just prepare this in the container.
