Homemade Curry in a Pressure Cooker

Your regular homemade curry will turn out richer, smoother, and delicious when cooked in a pressure cooker. Just use Aussie beef! The cubes of beef will turn out nice and soft.

Ingredients: 12 servings

"Golden Curry" roux (medium spicy)

300 g

2 large
1 medium
Bay leaf


1. Chop beef and vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a heated pressure cooker. Stir-fry the ingredients.
2. Pour 1 liter of water and cook. After boiling, remove scum and add a bay leaf.
3. Cover the cooker and apply pressure. Cook 4 minutes on the second scale. After the pressure is released, add curry roux. Add boiling water until desired thickness. Simmer for a while to finish.
