Chocolate Custard

This is the cocoa version of my microwaved custard cream recipe.

Ingredients

Egg: 1 (or 2 egg yolks)
Sugar
3 tablespoons
White flour
1 tablespoon
Cocoa
2 teaspoons
Milk
150 ml

Steps

1. Combine the egg, sugar, cocoa, and flour in a heatproof bowl.
2. Mix well, then add milk.
3. Strain with a tea strainer, microwave for 2 minutes, then 1 more minute. If it still doesn't thicken, microwave for another minute and mix.
