Filling Asian Sweet Potato Cookies

They are filling snacks made of 200 g cake four and 200 g Asian sweet potatoes.

Ingredients: 2 baking sheets' worth

Asian sweet potato
200 g
80 g
80 g
70 g
Cake flour
200 g
Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon


1. Cook the Asian sweet potatoes and mash.
2. Combine the sugar, margarine, and yogurt in a bowl with a rubber spatula and add the mashed potatoes.
3. Shift together the cake flour and baking powder and add to the bowl. Combine with a spatula until the flour is completely incorporated.
4. Shape the dough into bite-size balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheets.
5. Flatten the balls with the back of a fork.
6. The dough is easy to handle and won't stick to your hands, so you could have your kids help out by forming into whatever shapes they like.
7. Bake in a 180℃ oven for 20 minutes.
