Kimchi Cream Pasta

No heavy cream needed. It's nice, thick and flavorful thanks to the sliced cheese! After you eat it once, you'll make it over and over! This recipe is my pride! (It's about 648 kcal/serving)

Ingredients: 1 serving

Chinese garlic chives
1/2 bunch
●Milk (or soy milk)
50 ml
●Sliced cheese (not melting)
1 slice
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
to taste


1. In a bowl, add the ● ingredients (milk, egg, torn up cheese) and mix.
2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and add the kimchi and chives cut into 4 cm lengths. Saute lightly.
3. Turn the heat to low and add the mix from Step 1. Mix together. As the cheese melts, it will thicken the sauce. Turn off the heat.
4. Toss with boiled pasta and mix together. Add some black pepper to taste.

I love the "Kimchi Cream Pasta" from our local, famous pasta restaurant, so after many attempts, I have come up with a recipe for it! ♪ The best thing about making it yourself is that you can lower the calories, so I tried to make a version without heavy cream!
