Easy Delicious Pork Teriyaki Rice Bowl

You can make this in 5 minutes! Try it when you are very busy.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Thinly sliced pork
about 100 g
1 teaspoon
Lettuce of cabbage
1 to 2 leaves
● Sake
2 tablespoons
● Mayonnaise and sugar
1 tablespoon each
● Soy sauce
2/3 tablespoon
Plain steamed rice
1 bowlful


1. Season the pork with salt and pepper (not listed) and dust with katakuriko. Mix the ● ingredients.
2. Finely julienne the lettuce or cabbage leaves, and put on top of the rice.
3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork.
4. Add the combined ● sauce ingredients. When the sauce has thickened pour everything on top of the rice and lettuce or cabbage to finish.
5. I tried this with thickly sliced pork belly also. It's more filling and great for bentos too.
