Layered Salmon and Avocado with a Thick Dressing

This is a perfect dish for Christmas celebrations.
It's easy to make! Just layer the ingredients like a mille-feuille pastry for a visually appetizing presentation.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Smoked salmon
Cream cheese
★Salt and pepper
a small amount each
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
Cob salad dressing
a small amount
Black pepper
a small amount


1. Microwave the potato for 5 minutes, then mash while still hot. Add the ★ ingredients and mix until even.
2. In a mold, create alternate layers by first filling it with a layer of the salmon, then cream cheese, then the mashed potato mixture, then the avocado, and finally the mashed potato again. (I use a tea cup lined with plastic wrap instead of a mold. When flipped over, the layered ingredients will be in reverse order.)
3. Lastly, add the dressing and sprinkle on black pepper.
