Yogurt Cream

Drain the yogurt overnight, and just mix. You'll end up with a delicious cream.

Ingredients

Yogurt
500g
Sugar
40-50g
Skim milk
1-2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Line a strainer with a paper towel, then drain the yogurt.
2. It should look like this after draining. Use the strained whey to make bread.
3. Add the sugar and skim milk, and mix.
4. Pour over a coffee-soaked spongecake a la tiramisu style.
