Black Sesame Pudding

You don't need a pot! You can make a jiggly and tasty black sesame pudding with sesame paste!

Ingredients: 5 pudding cups

250 ml
Black sesame paste
40 g
5 g
30 g
Vanilla extract
a small amount


1. Soak the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water (not listed) and dissolve in the microwave. Or you can dissolve the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of hot water.
2. Put 250 ml of milk in a large measuring cup and microwave to 60~70°C. Add the black sesame paste, sugar, and gelatin from Step 1 and mix well.
3. Pour into the pudding cups without straining and chill in the refrigerator until set.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to eat black sesame pudding, so I made some with ingredients I had on hand. It doesn't require a lot of dishes, so you can make it easily.
