Soak the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water (not listed) and dissolve in the microwave. Or you can dissolve the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of hot water.
Put 250 ml of milk in a large measuring cup and microwave to 60~70°C. Add the black sesame paste, sugar, and gelatin from Step 1 and mix well.
Pour into the pudding cups without straining and chill in the refrigerator until set.
Story Behind this Recipe
I wanted to eat black sesame pudding, so I made some with ingredients I had on hand. It doesn't require a lot of dishes, so you can make it easily.
Since you just microwave it, you don't need a pot! If you use a kitchen scale, you just have to mix! If you try replacing the milk with heavy cream, I guess it'll become a richer version. If the mixture separates, just think of it as a two-layer pudding! This time, for the picture, I decorated it a bit with a bit of black sesame cream and water.
