Yogurt Custard Cream

This is custard cream made with yogurt instead of milk. It has a lighter flavor than regular custard.

Ingredients

Yogurt
150 g
Egg
1
Sugar
60 g
Cake flour
15 g

Steps

1. Combine the egg, sugar, and sifted flour into a heatproof bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Add the yogurt and mix well. Strain through a sieve or tea strainer.
4. Microwave for 2 minutes and mix. Microwave for another minute and mix again. If it still hasn't thickened, microwave for another minute and mix.
