It's not really a recipe, just an idea for a refreshing mackerel dish.
I thought up this recipe when I bought some vinegared mackerel that was a bit greasier than I expected. I wanted to eat it in a refreshing way, so I used what I had on hand.
Just make sure to slice the mackerel thinly. The listed amounts are just approximations. (do add lots of grated daikon radish!)
