Stewed Ramen with Yakisoba Noodles

This is a stewed ramen dish with yakisoba noodles. It's easy without preparation.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Yakisoba noodles (steamed noodles)
1 portion
Cabbage, bean sprouts, Chinese chives, etc
to your liking
Thinly sliced pork
to your liking
Water
500 ml
●Weipa
3 teaspoons
●Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon
●Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Pepper

Steps

1. Boil water in a pot, add ● ingredients, and taste.
2. Chop pork and vegetables as the same size as when you cook yakisoba noodles.
3. Add pork, vegetables, and yakisoba noodles to Step 1, and simmer for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
4. When the yakisoba noodles have loosened, it's done. Sprinkle with pepper if you like.

Story Behind this Recipe

I remembered reading about eating yakisoba noodles at the end of a hot pot meal in a magazine. So I used the noodles as stewed ramen.
