Chili Tofu that Tastes Like Chili Shrimp

I tried making a shrimp chili dish substituting frozen tofu for the shrimp. It's low-calorie and thrifty, too!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Frozen tofu (refer to Recipe ID: 452021)
1 block
●Ketchup
3 tablespoons
●Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
●Sake
1 tablespoon
●Sugar
1 tablespoon
●Water
3 tablespoons
○Ginger
1 thumb's worth
○Garlic
1 clove
○Doubanjiang
1/2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Prepare the frozen tofu by referring to Recipe ID: 452021.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the ○ ingredients to the pan and fry. Once the ingredients have become fragrant, combine the frozen tofu and ● ingredients together and add to the frying pan. Blend the flavors.
3. Serve on a plate and sprinkle green onions on top to taste.
