I'm really into recipes that use frozen tofu as a substitute for meat for the reduced calories and low cost. This time, I tried making a shrimp chili style dish.
I added the doubanjiang because I like the spiciness, but you can leave it out, if you prefer. If the tofu breaks apart, I recommend using it to make nuggets.
